Through authentic storytelling, these projects aim to reflect the richness of Australia’s communities, amplify underrepresented voices and connect with audiences around the world. Many powerful stories struggle to reach the screen — not because they lack creative merit, but because they need early financial support to be developed, packaged and positioned for production.
Ana’s slate brings together experienced creatives and emerging multicultural voices to develop stories with strong artistic, cultural and community value. Ana is raising funds through an auspicing arrangement with Shremaya Foundation, so donors, sponsors and philanthropic partners contribute through an established charitable structure with appropriate governance, financial oversight and accountability.

Through this arrangement, Ana and her creative collaborators can focus on developing and delivering their projects, while Shremaya Foundation provides a trusted pathway for receiving and managing funds.

Pathways to production and international audiences.
For more than two decades, I have been committed to telling authentic stories that celebrate diverse cultures, connect communities and broaden the way we see the world. I am now developing a diverse slate of feature films and television series with some of Australia’s most talented multicultural writers. These are stories with the potential to entertain, inspire and create meaningful cultural impact — but they need support to progress from development to the screen.
By contributing through Shremaya Foundation’s auspicing arrangement, you can help us invest in writers, creative development, cultural consultation and the important early stages that enable a project to attract further funding and production partners. I invite you to join us in bringing these stories to life. — Ana Tiwary
