It’s just a little matter of faqs.
Profiles, uploads, sponsorship and the small print — the answers are below.
Can’t find what you need? Ask us on the Knowledge Hub and we’ll point you the right way.
An art maker is someone who creates art, can create an artist profile and upload their work to the site. They engage with followers and may be contacted by members to create art for them.
An art lover is someone who creates a member profile. They follow and support up-and-coming artists, and can contact them to create art for them.
Businesses and individuals can become a sponsor by completing the registration on the Sponsors page.
When filling out the form, please make sure your profile name is different from your own name.
When filling out the form, select an avatar from the set of images and a background image for your profile. These are shown whenever visitors or members open your profile. Once your profile is created you can upload your work, engage with followers and receive requests.
Be the best representation of you. Your profile picture should be 720px wide and 960px high — ideally a .jpg (a .png is fine; no PDFs or GIFs). Profile photos should be professionally shot: you are an artist and you set a benchmark. If you don’t have a quality photo ready, choose one of our avatars in the meantime. The most engaging photos hint at your personality; if unsure, think warm eye contact in an artistic or natural setting — see the examples below.
Your banner image sits at the top of your profile page. It is an area of visual expression and can be anything that helps define you. Banner images are 1440px wide and 500px high. You may still upload any size — we make sure it covers the full width of the screen, centre aligned.
Find a piece of art. Find a new perspective. Find your people.
